I’m also a Team Whisperer for bold, brilliant teams who need to work better, faster, and happily together. I help teams build trust, and get things done, with zero fluff and minimal eye rolls.
Leading is hard. I’ve been in the thick of it too. From startups to global corporations to non-profits to governments, I’ve helped leaders make tough calls and guide teams through messy, high-stakes moments. I bring clarity, empathy, and a sharp strategic lens.
I use tools. But don’t worship them. I’ve mastered Strategyzer, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, 360s, and more. I know what works when, and what to skip. No forcing your team into a framework that doesn’t fit.
My credentials back it up. Architect. MBA. Master’s in Finance. ACC (PCC in progress). Accredited with International Coaching Federation. Licensed Team and Leadership Coach. Trained at Harvard University, Brown University, and Hult International Business School, USA and UK.
